Mr Peter Witt was temporarily employed from 23.02.2022 to 31.10.2022 as a qualified nurse in the fields of acute and psychiatric nursing care for our Zurich office. His average workload was approximately 65%.
His area of tasks and responsibility essentially included:
- Basic and treatment nursing care for surgical and medical patients.
- Preoperative and postoperative monitoring and care.
- Ensuring individual, comprehensive and holistic nursing care and support for the assigned adolescents and adults.
- Ensuring complete, professional and differentiated documentation and information for superiors, physicians and colleagues.
Mr Witt was an interested and committed employee who always completed his tasks conscientiously. He was willing to take responsibility and made decisions carefully and, where necessary, after consultation with his superior. He set priorities correctly and always kept an overview. He correctly assessed the consequences of his actions and weighed risks carefully. Thanks to his analytical ability, Mr Witt recognized problems and approached them systematically. Even under difficult conditions and in hectic situations, he was resilient and always handled his tasks with care.
Mr Witt possessed sound professional knowledge and applied it purposefully in practice. He convinced us with his calm, friendly nature and enjoyed working independently. He presented his own ideas and decisions clearly, respected other views and contributed to constructive dialogue. He always informed the team fully and in good time.
Through his helpful manner, Mr Witt was valued at all times by patients and their relatives as well as by superiors, team colleagues and physicians. With his good manners, he responded courteously to customer wishes.
