Mr Witt was deployed from 01.03.2023 to 18.02.2024 as a temporary qualified nurse in various healthcare institutions (Zurzach Care AG, Spital Muri, Clienia Littenheid AG, Kantonsspital Schaffhausen) through Suisse-Nurse AG, with an average workload of at least 60%.
His duties essentially included the following tasks:
- Nursing and care, initiating the nursing process, defining goals and evaluating measures
- Preparing the nursing care plan
- Observing the course of illness and the healing process of patients
- Performing medical-technical procedures
- Administering medication in the form of tablets, infusions or injections and monitoring them
- Treating wounds and changing dressings
- Nutrition
- Working with physicians
- Supporting students and trainees
- Sharing responsibility for quality assurance on the ward
- Complying with the generally applicable hygiene guidelines of the clinic
- Responsibility for complete material and service documentation
- Recording the patient’s health status and recognizing changes
Mr Witt possessed sound nursing and methodological expertise, combined with extensive practical experience across his entire area of responsibility. He applied his knowledge successfully even in demanding tasks and situations within the framework of a holistic understanding of care and reliably met the requirements of the assignment facility. Mr Witt delivered good performance both qualitatively and quantitatively, in line with the requirements of the assignment facility. His working style was also marked by high efficiency. He used existing resources purposefully and completed his assignments on schedule. Thanks to his analytical and networked thinking, he grasped new facts, content and connections quickly and drew practical conclusions from them. Furthermore, he used the standard software programs confidently and operated the tools effectively and routinely. Taking all relevant aspects into account, he carried out correct and complete documentation independently and conscientiously.
Mr Witt had sound know-how regarding the quality standards of the assignment facilities, as well as their standards and processes, and applied this appropriately in practice. Thanks to his quick comprehension, he familiarized himself rapidly with new topics. He also kept his knowledge up to date and was interested in new developments. We experienced Mr Witt as a committed personality with initiative in his field, who was persevering and always ready to provide additional services. In addition, he took the concerns of patients seriously and responded to their needs with high priority and in the interests of the assignment facility. In doing so, he found it easy to build and maintain reliable relationships.
Furthermore, Mr Witt engaged with existing structures and processes and made suggestions for improvements, taking part in their implementation. He was open and positive toward change and supported its realization. Mr Witt expressed himself skillfully and appropriately, both verbally and in writing, and knew how to represent his own positions convincingly. Achieving something together as a team was important to him; he contributed actively, helped create a constructive atmosphere and had a balancing effect in conflicts. Mr Witt appeared confident and assured, had pleasant manners and shaped contact with others professionally and kindly.
Mr Witt left us at his own request. We regret his decision, as we are losing a good employee. We thank Mr Witt warmly for his valuable cooperation and wish him continued professional success and all the best personally.
